How it works

The Accuflex offers adjustable print speeds from 5 mm/s to 200 mm/s and a print stroke of 508 mm. Snap-off distance is settable to 0.2 mm at 10 mm/s. Maximum print force is 20 kg (44 lb). The stencil frame size is 737 mm by 737 mm. Board handling includes positive topside edge-clamps and optional venturi vacuum, with support methods such as automatic magnetic pins, GridLok, or Gel-Flex tooling.[4]

Where it fits in the process flow

Cycle time for the standard single-rail conveyor is 11.5 seconds, while an optional triple-track system reduces cycle time to 10.0 seconds. The machine can automatically change product setups, increasing production line uptime. Board weight up to 4.5 kg is supported.[4][6]

Applications

Optional features such as 2D inspection, automatic solder paste dispenser, and under-stencil cleaning with vacuum extend the machine's capability to include paste inspection and stencil maintenance. GridLok and Gel-Flex tooling options allow printing on flexible or warped boards.[4][6]
